This website is operated by "Apex Zombies", throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Apex Zombies. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE: 

• When you send a payment to us, you are not purchasing anything directly. Perks and/or items are given after payment to show appreciation for your donation.

• We will not transfer ranks or items to another person/player should you decide it is no longer required. We reserve the right to refuse to transfer certain purchases (including but not limited to things like crate keys) when a server is reset.

• In the very unlikely event of a server closure, you are not entitled to any refunds.

• Attempts to break this no-refund policy by filing a chargeback case will result in a permanent ban from our network.

• Exceptions may be made with agreement from both parties (the user and our administration team) on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with us in the first instance if you require a refund.

RULES & GUIDELINES COMPLIANCE: 

All users of 'Apex Zombies' are required to adhere to the 'Rules & Guidelines' where applicable, as outlined by 'Apex Zombies'. These rules and guidelines are an integral part of your use of our services, and failure to comply with them may result in the termination of your account or access to our services. 

MODIFICATION OF RULES AND GUIDELINES: 

We reserve the right to modify, amend or update, 'Rules & Guidelines' at our discretion and without prior notice. Users are strongly encouraged to periodically review these rules and guidelines to stay informed about any changes. By continuing to use our services after any revisions are made, you agree to be bound by the updated 'Rules & Guidelines.' If you do not agree with the modified rules and guidelines, you should discontinue using our services. 

Please note that any changes made to the 'Rules & Guidelines' do not affect the terms and conditions of any existing agreements or contracts with us unless explicitly stated otherwise. 

While we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes to the 'Rules & Guidelines' via email, through the service, or through other means, but it is ultimately your responsibility to stay informed about any updates to this document. 

PROCESSING OF PURCHASES:

• You must be of legal age (18 or older) or have permission from a parent or guardian to make purchases or payments to our store.

• Before making any purchases, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information or credit card/money provider information (e.g. name, address). By accepting these terms, you agree to this information being correct.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: 

• You (the account owner) are fully responsible for any actions that may occur on your account.

• Any actions made on your account will be treated as if they were made by you (the account owner).

• You must take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

LIABILITY: 

GOODS AND SERVICES: 

• We do not accept liability for online goods sold by third-party users.

• Any information obtained from our online store or third parties does not guarantee, warrant, or make any agreements except those explicitly outlined in these terms.

• If you decide to send a payment from an account (Paypal, bank account, etc.) that you do not have permission to use, you will be fully liable for that payment and not that of ApexZombies. No refund will be given, as all payments are final and non-refundable.
  
  

ITEMS LOST DUE TO IN-GAME EXPERIENCES: 

We are not liable for any items lost due to in-game experiences, this includes but is not limited to the following: 

• 1. 1. 1. 1. • Server or player data reset

              • Server punishment (e.g. permanent ban, mute)

              • Items left on the ground

              • Items that are thrown into lava

              • Getting killed by any player(s), mob(s), or natural consequence such as hunger, fall damage, etc.

SUBJECT TO CHANGES:  

Changes to our Minecraft Servers: 

We reserve the right to modify, amend, update or remove perks, features or elements of our servers and contents of our web store and in-game purchases. Changes such as editing, refining, fixing, or the removal of certain features or elements may be made if deemed necessary by the Administration Team. In the event of server or game mode closure, no refunds will be made available.
